CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the booked service price. When an appointment is canceled at the last minute, it is often impossible to fill that time with another client. This policy helps protect the time specifically reserved for you and allows me to provide the best experience for every client.
